I really liked the close proximity of the beach, the amazing room, very comfortable and clean, and gorgeous sea view! I also liked the lobby bar where I was able to eat late. The hotel gym was perfect, cool, and a great sauna, salt sauna and steam room always available and empty. I also really enjoyed going to the pool lounge bar for a coffee or drinks, and was always so happy when MARCOS would be working. Coming from the Dominican Republic, Marcos brought a vibrant and energetic vibe that was contagious and brought a smile to everyone’s face 😃 Truly a joyous and hardworking man with a heart of gold! 💛 Definitely a reason why I would come back to visit one day! I will miss him and the beautiful vacation at this hotel. The daily breakfast was delicious! Fresh made omelettes made right infront of you by chefs, toast, baguettes, mini hotdogs, bacon, tomatoes, cereal boxes, fruits, cheeses, pancakes, yoghurts, coffee/tea, sweet pastries, fresh orange juice, plenty to choose from and replenished all the way until the end. *Bonus: amazing that each room comes with a hand held clothes steamer!! Very practical and easy to use.

Great location for what we wanted, ie somewhere we could relax with seaviews and beach access, but also with reasonable access to the city. Platja de la Mar Bella is a great beach with lots of beach side dining options, plus is excellent for walking/running/working out The hotel has a small pool and deck with a bar which was great, and the fitness centre which is open 24hrs is well equipped as well. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a deluxe room which was nice. Bathroom had the usual toiletries (not little bottles) and hairdryer, lots of power points and the bedside lights were a really useful design. Plus, the bed was the comfiest (and biggest) we have had on our Euro trip so far and I loved the pillows (you can even order different types of pillows if you needed it)... I would rate them A++ Cannot comment as we did not have any meals in the hotel as there are many options outside including cafes for breakfast Would definitely re-book for a future visit to Barcelona.

The proximity to the beach is definitely a plus and being a bit further away from the centre of the town means it's really quiet all the time and you can have a moment to take in all the beauty around you. The fact that there are public transport stations really close is also a big plus. Also, for the people with allergies, the staff takes extra care so that there's plenty of food options to choose from even if you have restrictions. And if you have your flight early like we did, the staff is nice enough to pack you a pretty rich breakfast. I will encourage everyone to book their vacation here for sure!

we were met in the lobby with a glass of cava while we queued for check in, then given a complimentary room upgrade to a deluxe room with sea view. the room was spacious, the view was stunning and the bed is EXQUISITE - so large and comfortable!! There is a rooftop pool and the hotel is just across the road from the beach. Staff always happy to help arrange taxis from the desk etc. I was spending my birthday there, which I didn't mention but they ask for your passport on check in so I guess an eagle-eyed member of staff noticed because there was a bottle of cava, a beautiful cake and very sweet note waiting for me when I got back that day! 10/10 would definitely go back.

Pool area was well spaced and had loads of sun loungers shame we had to go to the ground floor to use the facilities but this took nothing away from the beautiful lounge area where the terraced pool area was, the room was sublime which was cleaned and straightened every day we stayed for 8 days and 7 nights, all in all i would say this was a 5 star experience and i will definitely be returning, just a quick mention about the breakfast, this was superb everyday had the best spread full of all the delights you could ask for, WOW what an amazing experience.
